When we talk about resilience we think of times of adversity, just like now during this Covid-19 pandemic. I cannot think of a time when every single one of us has been affected in the same way by something that is global issue. In time, climate change may prove to be another global issue that affects us all personally.

Building up your resilience is one of the many tools you can use to live through such adversity with some kind of sanity.
We live in a world of change with a near constant stream of information enough to frazzle our nervous systems. Building and maintaining a strong mental attitude will leave us better able to cope with such changes.

Founder @MindSafe At Work
Jill founded MindSafe at Work after supporting others with their mental well-being on a professional basis for over 10 years. She researched and developed her ideas as she could see a vital component missing in terms of the workplace. Jill realised managers and employers were not fully aware of their legal and moral obligations relating to mental well-being at work. She has designed and delivered training to organisations across Northern Ireland raising awareness of good mental well-being. She is also a LivingWorks ASIST Trainer, a Practitioner of the 3 Step Rewind Method as well as NLP and Coaching. Jill also provides training for community groups and has has devised and facilitated Personal Development courses over the past 2 years .
