In this webinar, we’ll discuss what happens when companies put the business (not the women) at the center of the effort to improve gender equity. While women in leadership training is a critical aspect to achieving gender equity (we know that women require unique skills to navigate their path to leadership), by putting business outcomes at the center of achieving gender equity, women, managers and the organization, can become equal and necessary partners to achieving success.
Why is this shift necessary to affect long-term change? In cases when the investment is limited to women themselves, the culture around them, including managers and processes, remain biased and progress is stalled.
We invite Diversity & Inclusion, Human Resources and Senior Operations leaders to attend and join the conversation.
