– Methodology, Specialization and Tools
ADHD coaching has been around for over 20 years old and is recognised as therapy to help individuals to face daily challenges.
ADHD coaches work with families, children, adolescents, adults and students.
An ADHD coach’s goal is to help their clients become the CEO in their lives.
Sigrún Jónsdóttir has worked as a social educator for over 30 years as a public servant. She graduated from ADDCA in USA as a specialised ADHD and autism coach in 2018.
Sigrún is on the board of the ADHD association of Iceland, where the interests of individuals with ADHD are in the foreground.
Sigrún was diagnosed with ADHD 6 years ago before her sons were diagnosed with ADHD as well.
She is passionate about protecting the interests and rights of the groups to which she belongs. These include working on the legal committee and the committee of social educator Socialpædagogerne (Developmental Therapists).
