Pre-requisites: Getting Started with Zoom Meetings training would be helpful but is not required.
Gain the skills you need to use Zoom in the Education space. This user onboarding session will review how to use Zoom Meetings as your classroom. We will discuss basics like scheduling and inviting as well as some tips and best practices for using the Zoom Meeting features during your live classroom instruction. This session is public and open to all Zoom users. Attendees will be muted and able to submit questions via text.
At the end of the session, you will be able to:
- Schedule recurring classes, invite students, and join classes
- Share your screen and annotate on your shared content
- Create and launch polls for quizzes and/or classroom engagement
- Use breakout rooms for small group work
