Having a child with an SED - serious emotional disturbance, may require interaction with multiple state agencies when navigating the YES system of care. What each agency does and how might they interact with the family and child are key. Representatives of each agency will describe what they do and have an interactive discussion of how the agencies overlap and interact with families. Answers to questions like: "What do I do if my family gets lost in the system? Who do I call?" Besides the panelists listed, we will also have a representative from the Department of Education.
