In addition, Catherine has been a Rotarian for 4 years in Northumberland County and am currently a member of Northumberland Sunrise Rotary.
Alicia Gordon

Alicia Gordon is Partner at Gordon's Downsizing and Estate Services. She is a REALTOR®, Certified Property Appraiser and Certified Transition and Relocation Specialist. Alicia enjoys helping people in achieving their downsizing and estate settlement goals. Over the years, Alicia Gordon has served on numerous boards, giving her time and talents to raise millions of dollars for several charitable organizations. Presently, Alicia is the Director of the Rotary Club of Kingston, a Paul Harris fellow, member of Seniors Association of Kingston and a founding member and honorary Director of OASIS, a new concept in affordable housing and living for seniors. In 2019, Kingston Chamber of Commerce recognized Alicia as the Business Person of the Year. Alicia is also a United Way leader and a member of the Executive Board of Women's Giving circle, UHKF.
Elsabe Falkson
President Elect @Rotary Club of Kingston
Elsabe is on the Board of the Rotary Club of Kingston, and on the board of Bereaved Families of Ontario (Kingston region). She is also a volunteer Bereavement Counsellor ar Bereaved Families of Ontario. Elsabé has international experience in Organizational Development, including organizational culture transformation processes, strategic planning, goals design and alignment, team development (team building team leadership and performance management), group dynamics, adult learning, and facilitation. Coaching and mentoring includes individual behavior change, understanding and implementing leadership styles, conflict resolution, negotiation and win-win agreements, positive influencing, ongoing effective communication, stress management, balancing work/life.
