Laura Goldberg, MD
Sports Medicine Physician @University Hospitals
Dr. Laura Goldberg is board certified in sports medicine and pediatrics. She earned her medical degree at the University Of Vermont Larner College Of Medicine, completed her pediatric residency at University Hospitals and her Sports Medicine fellowship at Cleveland Clinic. Her special interests include concussions, joint pain, running injuries and pediatric fracture care and sports injuries. Dr. Goldberg served as medical director for Cleveland marathon for almost 10 years and brings firsthand athletic experience to her medical practice. The mother of two was a marathon runner, an Olympic-level sailor and, until a 2017 leg fracture, a competitive ski racer. She recently trained to return to running after significant tibial plateau fracture.
Eric Jankov, PT, DPT, SCS, OCS, C-OMPT, CSCS
Outpatient Physical Therapist @University Hospitals St. John Medical Center
Dr. Jankov earned his degree as a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Cleveland State University. He completed his residency in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy through the Institute of Therapeutic Sciences in Livonia, Michigan, and currently is in the process of completing his fellowship in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy from the Institute of Athletic Regeneration based in Houston, Texas. He is a board-certified Sports and Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and on the faculty of University Hospitals Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency program. He currently serves as an outpatient physical therapist specializing in the treatment of patients with sports and orthopedic conditions at University Hospitals St. John Medical Center in Westlake, Ohio.

Amy Jamieson-Petonic has dedicated her life to becoming a role model for good health and performance. As a registered and licensed dietitian, exercise physiologist, and licensed massage therapist, she has extensive bandwidth on the role of healthy living in her own life and extends this passion for wellness to those around her. Amy’s specialties include sports nutrition, wellness, and adult and childhood weight management. As a Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics, Amy has become one of the top local sports nutrition experts. She works with high school, collegiate and professional athletes to improve their performance through optimal nutrition. She is a Past National Media Spokesperson for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and State of Ohio Media Representative for the Ohio Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
