I am new to supervising but have provided feedback. I can say that when I come to the person with the goal to help them learn and with good intentions, it shows.
druiz
01:29:47
And they appreciate it
KristiSerrano
01:31:31
Yes, I do it very often. A lot has to do with the relationship you have with the manager/supervisor that you report to. I feel very comfortable being upfront and honest, when providing the feedback along with examples.

I will identify at least one feedback opportunity each day - among my teammates, with peers and/or superiors.
KristiSerrano
01:40:48
Daily check in's.... due to us all being remote it would be via Skype
KristiSerrano
01:42:54
I believe so, I think it would be better than just a phone call. By using Skype then it is face to face and brings more of a calming factor
druiz
01:43:55
My Smart Goal is to really make sure I am thoughful and intentional in providing feedback often. I have been trying to do it daily so they remember I am right here with them rooting them on and I have their back. That I really appreciate them. Just like my manager does for me. I have such a great example of how to balance positive feedback along with constructive feedback that might not always welcomed. Its a balancing act :)
druiz
01:44:57

druiz
01:48:15
Thank you so much
Jenna
01:48:22
My smart goal is to continuously improve my approachability to facilitate feedback with my peers. I work remotely from the corporate office therefore it makes clear and concise feedback that much more paramount whether it's through phone calls, emails, or instant messages.
wrobles
01:49:29
Take time to analize feedbacks from fellow peers and instead of a simple "good job" debate posittivelly and provide with fundament the positive feedback.
druiz
01:49:48
Have a great day Everyone :)
