How do you handle micromanaging when your boss is unreasonable and sensitive?
How would you deal with a female boss who has inconsistant rules with her subordinates who are also her freinds? I am on her team and others have been noticing her favortism. She often undermines me infront of others.
When you’re trying to expose unfair (sexist) treatment, you have to do this delicately. What do you think about the best way to do it to produce results. Ive tried, talking to managers about diversity and hiring more women in leadership, talking to the chief of people about diversity, I’m planning a “breaking stereotypes in tech” event with women of color in leadership. But I want to do something like make a list of women’s grievances and post it in the #general channel on slack, so many people don’t know or don’t talk about how unfair it is for women here?
