The pathways we are guiding students on are educational programs. As such faculty should be in the middle of this work. It does not exclude classified and students, their input is essential. But the ability to implement change will fall upon faculty work in the ccourses and programs.

Cerritos College has shared about their 6 year architecture for plannin and evaluation. That overarching architecture is amazing and I bet it was a heavy lift to gather and discuss how all these things integrated together.

Cerritos College: developed a 6 year architecture for planning and evaluation, created a document which outlines all plans and approval processes vetted by our Planning and Budget Committee. Mapped all of our planning documents to the VIsion for Success Goals along with metrics.

The excel spreadsheet that is linked in the last slide does provide the past years of data that were posted in August for each district. There are issues and we understand people are researching some data issues.

could we mention the regional cooridators as folks who could ask for or advocate for more accurate data from the CCCCO?
Academic Senate for CCC

For those of you interested in the Vision for Success Goals and data, your Regional Guided Pathway Coordinators would be a good source for questions and resources.
