*Lack of large Native populations in PA.

A first step in Lancaster City, PA has identifed the week prior to Columbus Day as Indigenous Peoples Week, however, because, Native people numbers are few in this area, we have not been able to take advantage of this "first-step" opportunity to educate our communities in Native cultures.

So how does the museum tell accurate stories at indepth levels that still include nonNative people?

01:07:28
If we are starting from scratch at making those connections with native populations in our areas, how to you recommend we do that?

01:14:22
what conversations are occuring around the CIIS farmhouse with local communities?

01:15:31
Especially since the last living tribes such as the Conestogas and Susquehannocks lived over 200 years ago. How are non-Native people included in the conversations?
