Hello - sorry if I made you wait! I've got a pancake with golden syrup and a cup of tea!
was going to bring yoghurt but it was out of date so left with walnuts and few grapes!
I've got Turkish Eggs. I was a bit late because I was poaching the egg.

0 = ravenous, needed to eat a while ago1 = very hungry, need to eat NOW2 = hungry, happy to be eating now3 = no clear hunger signals, can eat and can also wait4 = not hungry, don’t need food right now
This is seriously the best thing I've ever eaten and eating it slowly is only enhancing the experience.
4 - but not stuffed or uncomfortable - at top edge of 4 - no more needed.
3- but this is so delicious I'm going to Enjoy.
I am aware that my breath feel 'squashed' when I'm full - it feels as if there isn't enough room for the breath in my chest.
breath quite shallow but I think it’s the way I’m sitting
I'm not sure of how my hunger shows apart from rumbling tummy so I'm going to notice this over the next few days.
Gone over the 4 now ... slightly uncomfortable
I didn't clear my plate because I'm satified now.
I'm happily at 4 now.
Slow breathing, hunger is still 4
Back of my legs feels slightly achy. I have never noticed this before while eating.
I'm aware of the feel of the textured wallpaper under my fingertips
I am aware of the dryness of my skin
I am aware that my stomach is burning slightly and feels like it's full of something very hard.
I'm very slightly overfull.It will easy in a moment
I noticed that my saliva glands and throat feel like I want to eat more. But as I wait between mouthfuls I feel fuller. So I feel satisfied in one part of my body and still hungry in another.
I get that difference between the saliva glands and my stomach too
Saliva is being produced in my mouth.
I am aware of the hunger of my heart for connection. My stomach is satisfied.
My saliva glands are producing more saliva. I am not sure how to describe my physical sensation in the throat It is like it is saying "I want more!"
