If you were going to do something that would bring extraordinary value to your company, what would that look like?
For a person in conflict with their co-worker: "If they came to me to talk about this, what would their story be?"
I find that a powerful question many times are a series of questions rather than a single question.
"What would you do if you were not afraid of failing?"
Great point on processing time.
What does the top 1% of your orgaization do that you would like to embed in the rest of your organization?
I don't know about magical, but sometimes when I ask a client, the conversation goes in a direction completely different from where I would have taken it.
Do you have any suggestions for powerful questions to ask a client during your completion call (i.e., after having worked with him/her for 6 months)?
Sometimes silence is magical - when stuck, I have suggested to the client that we observe a moment of silence to see what comes up for them.
Do you plan some questions ahead of your coaching session?
ICF Chicago, you asked for a panel discussion and we listened! There are over 500 coaches in the ICF Chicago chapter, and only 25 are credentialed as Master Certified Coaches. In this months chapter meeting, you have the opportunity to ask a panel of MCC's about their coaching journey, what obstacles they overcame, and tips and tricks that helped propel them to the level of MCC. The panel will be moderated by ICF Chicago President, Peter James. The evenings schedule:5:30-6:30pm: Networking & Dinner6:30-8:30pm: Program8:30pm: Q & A, Networking

Here is a quote that I like -"The Quality of our knowledge is based on the quality of our questions".
