Regarding Olivia's question: do you have suggestions for increasing staff capacity for climate change work within agencies that don't have dedicated climate staff?

Re: Amanda Meyer - this is something USGS climate centers have struggled with. How much basic climate adaptation knowledge does many/most staff need, and when does the challenge warrant more expertise?

With limited total capacity, it can be tough to find the right balance and design training to address the need

Thanks for the good presentation and kudos to AFWA for doing the surveys. The full surveys include questions/responses on specific needs of STate agencies re: data and information, forecasts etc that might be useful to data providers, funders etc
