That is helpful feedback Jon, we don’t currently have plans to offer that in the near term but I’ll pass your feedback along to our team.

Do you have any resources/stats to help us educate our users on the importance of collaboration/transparent communication? A lot of times users don’t see the value or are afraid to share learnings/failures to our larger channels
You can get stickers, socks, and other items from the Slack Shop https://slack-shop.myshopify.com/ Unfortunately the rainbow stickers are not available there but I’ll let the team that manages the shop know.

Hi Stephen - take a look at slack.com/customer-stories there are a lot of examples there of other companies that have embraced working in public channels and shows the impact they’ve seen.

in regards to utilization of slack for a company of less than 10 people, what is the best way to utilize the app for communication and data retention. We use slack and zoom. We use zoom for communication, and slack for data and as more of a bulletin board. Also how can you increase/inrduce slack use to cliets.
