Eric Arsenault
23:00

Adrien Berthou
23:12
yes me too I have a Draft Proposal
Erik Rodrigues
25:43
bad connection :/ update sent nevertheless, just check community chat on TG for more about the how to start a DAO onboarding session!
Nathan Towianski
33:15
Is this document linked someplace we can acess it?
Eric Arsenault
42:47
which button exactly?
Francesca Pick
43:08
Called "Redeem" - right?
Francesca Pick
43:14
or "execute" ?
Kate Beecroft
43:19
I forgot about the notes https://docs.google.com/document/d/1XvmRhOS8OvGfi2CXNhw6-KQEzs1LKBOjIanhq1uDjNQ/edit
Alex Zak
43:38
It's the "Execute" button
Matan Field
43:52
It executes the successful proposal, as well as updating the reputation distribution
Francesca Pick
44:15
ok - so there are 2 different buttons for separate transactions- execute and redeem
Matan Field
44:57
yes, this is about the “execute” button that resolves the proposal + prediction game
Francesca Pick
45:16
cool, thanks for clarifying.
parrachia
45:45
Could we turn it off?
Nathan Towianski
45:56
There has been multiple times we've been promised a "roadmap coming soon" showing what DAOstack tech is working on like alchemy features. Is there an update for this? Is there also a (hopefully real time updated) feature list or explanation of these mechinisims of alchemy coming soon as well?
Alex Zak
46:26
unfortunately not yet /:
Kate Beecroft
46:36
so no turning off yet Alex?
Alex Zak
46:45
We are planning a workshop to work on it by the end of the month
Alex Zak
47:02
I was talking about the roadmap...
Alex Zak
47:13
Turning it off requires a change to the contracts
Nathan Towianski
49:12
Alex, is there an alchemy feature/mechinism list so we acutally can know the rules of the game we are in?
Stratis
50:20
If the stake thresholds increase the more proposals are boosted, doesn’t this make the bot unfairly rich over time?

Alex Zak
50:53
you beat me to it :)
Rick Stefanowski
51:31
Catch-22, you want to create an incentive and you want the incentive to be trivial.
Alex Zak
51:46
The rules of the game are written in the protocol (linked above)
Kate Beecroft
52:41
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1XvmRhOS8OvGfi2CXNhw6-KQEzs1LKBOjIanhq1uDjNQ/edit
Kate Beecroft
52:49
if anyone wants to help take notes that’d be great
Erik Rodrigues
53:24
a 3 paragraph explanation on this topic would be highly appreciated (alex / adam / matan)
Erik Rodrigues
53:31
to the community chat
Rick Stefanowski
54:47
For the record, I like the idea of the mechanism. It helps the DAO remain agile.
Kate Beecroft
55:03
:)
Matan Field
58:39
this is the spec of the current genesis protocol: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1b3UXvIDjxTVjS1nZNAn0umSY4DT5Y1yJeNHg07ny_5k/edit#heading=h.20dru87luru6 , including this mechanism
Rick Stefanowski
59:50
Are there any written details on the new scheme being added next week?
Josh Zemel
01:00:32
when moon???
James Anderson
01:00:48
haha
Matan Field
01:00:51
the new scheme is already there, it’s the same scheme protocol wise, with the only difference that it can register/unregister new/old schemes at the success of the proposal, rather than distribute funds and reputation
Rick Stefanowski
01:01:17
thanks
Adrien Berthou
01:01:17
I have a quick question
Kate Beecroft
01:01:35
Eylon - do you have a question?
Eylon
01:01:54
Yeah a quick one, I will ask it
Kate Beecroft
01:01:59
great - go after this
Alex Zak
01:02:08
Rick - so we're not adding any new schemes, we're adding support for an already deployed scheme which is the scheme registrar.
Livia
01:02:12
i dont know if its a dumb question. But if there is a bot that collects the rewards automatically, people wouldn't have the chance to play this feature right?
Matan Field
01:02:24
it’s a temporal limitation, you should be able to ask for multiple tokens in the future
Adrien Berthou
01:02:40
Yes
Adrien Berthou
01:02:46
The DAO has DAI !
Stratis
01:02:48
yes 981 DAI
Matan Field
01:02:54
yay!
Francesca Pick
01:03:08
I have a question as well
Matan Field
01:03:17
yes, multiple beneficiaries! very important
Kate Beecroft
01:03:20
sorry elton - jump in after this, then Fran
Kate Beecroft
01:03:28
eylon!
Nathan Towianski
01:03:47
A little off topic but i'd be interested to get a quick thought on what adam and Matan's thoughts are on their view of how independant or not Genesis should be. Particularly in Genesis vision and management of Genesis.
Kate Beecroft
01:04:12
Yeah it’s off topic for today
James Anderson
01:04:51
Agreed
Nathan Towianski
01:05:02
and is it ok to have the genesis website pointed too from the DAOstack website?
Adrien Berthou
01:05:11
Yes, join a working group it’s the best way to understand everything
Josh Zemel
01:05:59
thank you adam for the useful and interesting updates 🙏
Adrien Berthou
01:06:30
Markdown support ?
Francesca Pick
01:08:18
Great point Alex
Francesca Pick
01:10:18
heeey Shivani!!
Nathan Towianski
01:10:28
Is there a way we can make suggestions like this matan? About features, specs, etc.
Stratis
01:11:06
Will new schemes come with their own protocol rules (optionally)?
Stratis
01:11:47
RIP my question
Adrien Berthou
01:11:54
lol
parrachia
01:11:57
may I shill a preproposal?
Shivani Henderson
01:11:58
Heya… Oops got here little late
parrachia
01:12:07

parrachia
