Thank you Erika

"What do you act like a kitten when you have a lion inside?" I've heard Kim say that before ... but I still get a chill when I hear it.

This is really resonating with me. I'm on the same journey of strength vs vulnerability (not a comfortable place for me!) and the power of stories.
Erika Migliaccio
54:22
I am sisters with Avalele, Jalila and Nikki .... I feel them all inside of me. Sometimes kari too, but kari and I are getting more "distant" ;)
Rachel Greedy
55:12
Kari, Ranee and Avalene are mine - we're working on it though :-)
Erika Migliaccio
55:26
I'm wondering who everyone else identifies with...?
Erika Migliaccio
55:58
Kari and Ranee seem to arrive together all the time!

Kari got called out for me recently in a way that was completely in my subconscious. Ugh.

I am in a new role and Kari and Ranee are my office mates.......they're baaack!

I’m resisting the temptation to bounce over to the Senate committee testimony of Christine Blasey Ford right now.
Rachel Greedy
01:04:35
I also find those two most often appear together in a new role or stressful situation Cynthia..
Erika Migliaccio
01:07:45
I completely agree with that point ... I know I myself will fight harder for others than I do for myself. This is our call to action!
jenniferhmorris
01:09:15
Don’t get shouldy with yourself or others

We create meals. We create possibility. We create leaders.

01:15:00
We create hard questions. ; )
Rachel Greedy
01:16:01
I spoke earlier this week about empowering women in business for a global event, so many of the questions were from women who asked who was going to help them break through, how do we help women understand the message that it has to start from within Kim?
Cynthia Hougum
01:18:15
So true....we have more female polical candidates...but so painful.
jenniferhmorris
01:20:48
Kim: you and I have talked about overt/powerful campaigns for women’s issues versus covert actions. Powerful campaigns are getting a lot of pushback and attention. I’m still struggling with how to balance a powerful push for a social justice issue versus doing something that slips in under the radar, doesn’t get pushback, but maybe gets something done more quickly.
