Jodi Clark's Personal Meeting Room
I am familiar with Zoom and don't need tutorial
I am in rural vermont with low bandwidth.
I don't have video.
Also, my microphone is on my headphones and there are two jacks on my computer. So I don't think I can talk, just type....
Fifi Ball; born in Lincoln, NE; live in Acton, MA; my colleague did half of a last-minute task I took on last week, without being asked--so helpful, I was so grateful
Thank you, Fifi.
ok with me--thanks
Are there only the two of you involved in the project? I.e., are there objective third party observers of the process.
So you want to help the other person succeed?
Do you know if the other person has a back story--some reason they are not performing well right now?
If we assume best intentions, must we also then assume there is some reason for this person to be uncharacteristically irresponsible (my word, maybe not the right one).
Or. Are the expectations not clear for the other person?
And, seems like a communications issue: lack of ease in even having the conversation about Mary Pat's experience of the gap between expectations and performance.
Me too: "Yes, and" - still on my mind since Summer Camp.
And I’ll offer Willingness to Go First. Thank you, Mary Pat!
