Can you share more information about how the organizational diversity chart will be used in the review process? While I understand the importance of prioritizing by and for organizations, I am concerned about a grants process which asks staff to out themselves under pressure that a more representative org will benefit the application. In many organizations, there is no possible way of anonymizing answers.
