Maybe it's our line
Thanks for that (and can hear Andrew fine)
How do you get people and organisations to transcend and include?
really interesting about the relationship of structure and the individual - how structure helps the individual and inhibits and enables is so interesting. great to see all of these interacting.
thanks Ali and Andrew!

Great Courtney and we’ll send you the recording of the next ten minutes
Interested in how the participants are using their learning and their accreditation in their organisations. Interested in what roles they are in.
great to hear!
From your experiences how have you dealt with different stages of evolution within the same organisation? If we are working from where they are at?
thank you Ali and Andrew

thanks for a great session today!
Estelle insight - need to go through each stage of evbolution
how important is it for the most senior leadership to be onboard? or can you work in organisational units?
very very important
how do you take out the impediments or inhibitors - senior kleaders critical in this
thanks Andrew. sounds like a big part of gaining the success. the way you present it looks good for the senior leaders to engage with.
It does depend on stage of evolution;
Erin - I’m in a very large organisation where working in organisational units is sometimes the only option :-). I agree with Andrew though - having senior leadership on board is critical.
yes my understanding is that the organisational development is held by what the leadership can achieve.
sounds great - thanks Andrew and Ali
Thank you and bye
