We have a separate development team on these kind of things including data scientists - we can bring them but want to see if there is any one at CCSF who we can work on the metrics / dashboard

If Hiring Managers are considered "casual users" how many "power users" does CCSF have? Most HR professionals that use the ATS would be considered "power users".

We have found some government projects require quite a bit of change management to transition the current recruiting staff to the new system process changes. Would you like the ATS vendor to help participate in requirements design/change management process?
