Hi, I am a pediatrician from Indianapolis. Wouldn't it be better for trust and care to have a mobile medical van staffed by board certified pediatricians at each site? Pediatricians in the detention centers would become part of that horrible system. Lytitia Shea MD

is there a list of detention centers around the country? I know that there are many individuals who would be very willing to offer both medical and mental health services to children in detention. There is not enough light on these various centers possibly within our midst and find ways to be helpful for them
