How big is the chasm between your customer experience and your workforce experience?
parts of the experience vary from 1990s to 2010s and very recent and modern
Workforce Experience = if you were to describe everything that encompasses’ your company, job, day to day, and communication ect. The same way you would describe your best friend
Great chefs "Leave no flavor behind" - similarly great data collectors leave no data behind. It always becomes useful
Eric Sr. Director of HR from Vail Resorts ... he had great questions above
wondering if you have experiences you will be able to share from your client work that highlights what data has done and enabled for some organizations to do/change/influence the experience that otherwise would not have been done or even discovered without the data i.e. insights that only the data provided?
Marc Herman is from Optum, Senior Director, Human Capital ...
Brice Bender is The Timken Company HR Platform Architect
How do we tie it to productivity? Theres a sense that these things lead to increase productivity, but is there data that reflects that?

ish....we are working on improvements....check back in 2020
Johnathan - at least you are starting!
