I agree that Laloux’s 2014 book is great. Well worth reading by evaluators.

What if the scale we face in the 21st Century is at the scale of whole cultures or even at the scale of our Modern/Indsutrial form of ciivlization? Q2. Are you engaged with folks who are wrestling at this sacle? If so, how and where? If so, what progress is being made?

Speaking of alternatives - I find interesting the The Listening Society by Hanzi Freinacht as it puts ideas about adult “postmodern mind” development and politics together. Bill Torbert (Action Inquiry) on developing leaders’ mindsets so they can respond to complexity. The field of action oriented research for transformations that tries to bring different mindset to knowledge creation… its time to connect up many efforts
