can you repeat audience questions- hard to hear
kthyng
01:09:50
Is 50% cost charing on full 150k/year or just the direct part?
Scott
01:12:51
Following up on kthyng's question: What are "indirect" costs? Is that the 50% cost sharing?
Joel Anderson
01:13:03
Might want to mention to people to mute their microphones online
Drew Casey
01:13:49
Any questions?
Birendra
01:14:12
Can you make this PPT slides available for us?
yazdani
01:14:54
Is there a prererence for in-kind and cash cost sharing
Scott
01:15:32
Still a little confused. My project has a total cost of say $150,000; $75,000 of that has to come from sharing so the actual disbersement from TSG would be just $75,000? or is it $100,000 from TSG with $50,000 from sharing?
Texas Sea Grant
01:16:01
The PPNTs and the recording of this workshop will be available online on the Texas Sea Grant website.
Birendra
01:16:23
Great, thank you!
Zhanfei Liu
01:17:04
Would all the funded proposals tend to be spread out among 4 the priority areas?
Scott
01:17:37
If our project crosses more than one focus area or priority, do we include both or just choose one?
Drew Casey
01:17:37
Any other questions at this time?
yazdani
01:18:41
Is cash match favored over in-kind
kthyng
01:18:52
I believe that cost sharing is separate from what sea grant gives. One would still get the 150k in indirect and direct costs. And then you also have to cost share, separately.
Scott
01:23:46
That makes sense. So I would ask for say, $100,000 from TSG and sharing would bring my total buget to $150,000?
Scott
01:25:04
Got it. Thank you.
kthyng
01:25:55
yes
Drew Casey
01:57:28
