The Guided Pathways implemntation committee should be broad with classified, admin and faculty. We have some specific team examples from other colleges. If you email me I can send you the models a few other colleges used. But you need to make it consistent with your college structure and governance models. jfulks@bakersfieldcollege.edu

theres been a questions as to whether or not to include General Ed, IGETC and CSU Breadth degrees under career clusters/meta-majors...how did your institution handle these "programs"
Janet Fulks
44:26
The curriculum clean up and program mapping should be started early in the process. But not before ging through the worksheet or some other means to determine guidelines and timelines for doing the work.
Luis Gonzalez
49:31
the initial thought has been that we keep these separate from our meta-majors since we are thinking of MMs as career goals and these titles don't "connect" visually to careers...thoughts/discussion?
Luis Gonzalez
49:43

These general education courses, for AAs, represent 60-75% of the courses they take. It is true that now they may not understand these..but they need to as they are paying for and held responsible for completing in order to get the degree. Part of our job in clarifying pathways
Janet Fulks
57:15
Possibly. DO you have a potential answer? I am not sure I can resolve this
