Just a chat, in Japan, running a connector seems to be money transfer business, so I have to have a license to do that. It’s very hard to get the license for it personally. Annoying problem.

Depends on the config. If you have long timeouts, then the last 20 will complete when more liquidity is available. Otherwise, the payment will be ‘complete’ at 80%
