To Tracy: The MATC certificate goes to the Sponsor of the apprenticeship (ABC or IEC for example). The Sponsor then signs and supplies their cert to the apprentice

sounds like if we hire a non apprentice in March, they will need to apply for an apprentice license to be able to work in MD. They need to apply before they start on site, correct ?>
