Can you provide some more details about addressing the mental health needs of older adult populations (home dwelling, conjugate accom, residential aged care etc.). Are there specific resources you would recommend esp. given both the age-range and the heightened risk profile

›Incredible work Devora, as services and approaches respond do you have any thoughts on how they can prepare for the recovery phase. Many colleagues here in the UK are thinking about the Thrive population MH approach as a helpful lever, do you have any thoughts on this?

Hi Leith here (MHCC ACT). What have you done regarding the digital divide? Physical distancing has required movement to phone/IT platforms for service provision. But some people don't have the capacity or don't trust the medium. Others don't live in accommodation which gives them privacy or safety in doing so. Do you have some advice here.

Phase 2 and long term physical distancing, shrinking SNs, as well as the economic impairments will be threaten particularly general population. Do you think some suggestions can be stupid in advance, e..g through International consulting with WHO?

Will WHO recommend nationally consistent approaches to ensure more balance between clinic based digital and in-person & home based assertive outreach for individuals and families living with severe & complex disorders who need them?

Daniel< NZ has an approach for older people in their own homes by having families adopt a person who lives along and include them into their isolation bubble. My wife and I have someone who is in our bubble. I can explain more if you email me.

thank you for a nice presentation. it looks like there have been made guidelines and interesting materials. in which way is it distributed towards the member countries? Is there meetings online with the government or health care committees? Right now MH is not in the focus. Are you in communication with governments in member countries to ensure correct policies and acts towards preventing an increase in MH issues in the population?

Thanks for this interesting presentation. I would be interested in knowing if there is any WHO initiative to prevent suicide in this situation of isolation and confinement. We have seen that suicides could have been increasing and no specific services has been created.
