I believe Teams, which the AgCenter uses, sends me a message is someone starts a virtual meeting in the ‘classroom’ i’ve set up. I just have to have Teams open on that computer but not be in the classroom at the time. Not sure if zoom has that option

When we went online only in the spring, I recorded a 2 minute how are you, we're back online intro for students and I got a lot of positive feedback from students. It bordered on silly, but the students needed a bit of silly at the end of March.

The best way to do this is to create an Assignment. When setting up the assignment, you can select how the student will submit their work. You can also select TurnItIn which will review the material to check for plagiarism.
