3319.081 states non-teaching staff will continue to be paid. some of our classified staff thinks this means we cannot require them to work if they are told to work form home.

Only the general assembly can set an election date. They are coming back this week to try to set it but June 2 is NOT set in stone.
Still need clarification on evaluations for admin and teachers, especially in case of nonrenewal.
If there are no State Tests, how will that effect School Report Cards and eventually the EdChoice Vouchers for the following year?
If a district provide services, but student/family choose not to participate, will district be required to provide compensatory services?
