Congress Kilmer - I heard that these federal cash payments are actually in the form of a tax credit which will need to be repaid through our income tax refunds. Is that true?
One other question for Congressman Kilmer - regarding the SBA loans - what about small businesses that are required to shut down due to the Governor's "stay home" orders so have had to lay off employees. Would they then not be eligible for the loans to become grants because they had to lay off employees due to the "stay home" order?

How can you help PCHS? Medicare funding issues specific to FQHCs. And we are rapidly trying to open our Silverdale site to possibly use as a exclusively sick or well site for healthcare.
For Silverdale we need permitting and occupancy approved.
