NEW TIME - ILTA Terminal Members: Discussion of COVID-19 Response Measures and Information Sharing - Shared screen with speaker view
Hi there, everyone! This is Peter at ILTA.
Perhaps we can ask people to put themselves on mute until they want to speak?
Please mute phones when not speaking. Thank You!
It would be helpful for everyone to mute your phone if you are not speaking.
Yes, very concerend
I think the awareness is a good idea to the regulators. It is still early in the rollover process to know if we will be impacted by reduced volumes.
great point - thank you
Health self-assessment/questionnaire/screening for employees, contractors or 3rd parties (who’s doing this? If so, is it companywide or limited to critical locations or other)
Who is still training drivers?
please take us off hold!! We hear your music
Has anyone considered body temperature scanning for people entering the terminal? If so how are you doing this while avoid exposing your people?
We are working on getting a program in place to get everyone's temperature.
I am in the facility integrity group, which oversees API 653 in-service and out-of-service tank inspections. Any guidance on waivers for API 653 due dates?
For companies providing Portable Toilets for drivers, is there any liability, meaning if a sick driver uses the Porta potty and infects other drivers, who is liable?
Altered work processes/interactions with 3rd party drivers (Are others doing things beyond the communication and social distancing?)
we have limited
Exactly our obstacle at this time
I'd second the quesion about API-653 extensions. There are a LOT of them due this year and this may end up being extended and/or personnel to do this may be mighty limited.
is anyone stopping work being done or are they still allowing contractors on their site....if so, are they asking them screening questions?
At Phillips 66, we are asking screening questions to contractors. A document as been developed to ask questions like: if they've been sick, where they've been recently, and if they've been in a Covid-19 hot-zone area
Does anyone know If social distance is maintained does it exempt you from having to quarantine should one have been exposed to someone who potentially has the virus?
Same goes for PHMSA required pipeline inspection extensions......both pressure tests and smart tool runs.
Has anyone considered holding employees out of work in reserve? If so, what are they are they doing to compensate them?
We allow, but nobody that has traveled by commercial air to get to our facility.
I have been on a call with PHMNSA and can add some comments
Worst hold music ever!
If anyone would like to share questionaires and other resources, we will happily post it on IdeaScale...Or you can do it yourself.
please take us off hold!!
We are screening every visitor/contractor at the gate asking if they have travelled to the "hot spots" in Europe.
I am in the meeting, but someone else has tried to get in and it says "The host has another meeting in progress" any idea what they may be doing wrong?
use meeting code 828 801 082
are they signing into the new meeting info? We have to send an update thismorning to avoid conflicting with the CDC meeting at 3:00.
Does anyone require contractors to have a COVID-19 Safety Plan?
the new zoom meeting info went out at about 8:30 this morning and gain at 3:10
Are your terminals manned 24/7 - otherwise how to do check drivers coming in to load?
what about 24/7 loading, did you indicate that you would be checking temps on drivers?
Can we get a summary of the current discussion?
yes, we will provide a summary and post that on the ideascale site
we will also make the recording of the call available
@DonJo-58, yes manned 24/7
