Denver Mayor just announced an order to residents to stay at home. Wondering how this effects business with the essential business designation. Is there a difference within work groups? Field techs vs. office staff?
Is job attached the same as workshare program?
Are "on-call" or furloughed employees eligible for Federal paid sick leave or expanded FMLA?
If an employee has been exposed to someone with the virus, but is not presenting symptoms can we ask them to work at home? can we ask them to be tested? should they self-quarantine?
Can an exempt employee be changed to a hourly-employee?
On Expanded FMLA the calculation of the 2/3 employee regular rate is based upon the number of hour they are normally scheduled to work, which may be less than 40 hours. Yes?
Is EFMLA apply to furloughed or job attached layoff employees?
How far back can the "look back" be to establish rates of pay on leaves...?
If I reduce employee’s hours significantly can I still offer them health insurance? Typically they wouldn’t be working enough hours to qualify.

If someone at our company states that someone in their family thinks they have COVID but it has not been confirmed, are they to be paid? Do we require to see the test results. This is an hourly employee and not able to work from home.
Those employees may use PTO?

Correct me if I’m wrong but the regular flu is not a recordable work related injury. Why would COVID be?
