should we reduce or increase the opd and surgical tariffs
Nand Kishore
01:25:58
according to WHO herd immunity occurs only when 45-50% of population gets affected
Mallika Goyal
01:27:33
herd immunity in a disease with high morbidity/ mortality can happen at unacceptable cost
Somasheila
01:27:59
We will have to make a slight increase in OPD and surgical tariffs. As there are a lot of additional cost and opportunity loss costs. We will need to see and operate less initially
Dr Gopala Krishna Ogirala
01:28:54
The other side of force majeure is we lose the good will in the market.alternatively we have to convince landlord for deferred payment rather invoking the law.-dr Gopal krishna

How to deal with Stages of Diagnosis... / Types of Diagnosis... Presumptive diagnosis vs Differential diagnosis vs definitive diagnosis... Follow up in 2 days or a particular appointment to confirm... Is it a feasible alternative...
Umashankar
02:08:39
if lockdown is not lifted by 30th April ,what next
Umashankar
02:09:29
or if partially lifted, then how to plan op
Somasheila
02:11:34
@Umashankar, if the lockdown is not lifted, we will have limited choice in the matter. As patients will not be able to travel, and will be restricted to their own areas or districts, patients will not be coming in anyway. If lockdown is not lifted, authorities will ensure that the patients do not leave home but for emergencies.
Somasheila
02:11:48
We would have to focus more on teleconsultations
Gowri Murthy
