Cliff and Linda (everyone as just FYI): You basically want to make sure that Google “still knows it’s you” (and that your customers do too), which requires taking some actions to mark your business information correctly. A big change like that *can* impact SEO for sure. One huge thing that is free: do what Penny is talking about right now… get your Google My Business profile updated and accurate ASAP.
