The L&D market is $240 billion i have the stats, its huge and grew by 11% last year

I do think the "social isolation" issue with remote work is now being addressed. How many of you are going to "parties" and "concerts" and "family meetings" online? THis is what "remote work" companies do exceptionally well. We still need face time together, but that doesn't have to be the "full time work" for many people.

PS: Yes on the "kids at home" issue. Many of the companies I just talked with told me their employees are just time-shifting their work meetings to evening when they have time away from kids, and to me that's the personal resilience we can build upon.
