Q: I find hard to cultivate Metta for someone I have a deep sense of pity for. I do wish well, clarity, growth, and happiness, I can see some qualities, yet the only feeling I have is of pity, a real very difficult feeling to deal with in itself. Any tips to overcome this inability to cultivate karuna or even Metta? And THANK Garavavati for the lovely words at intro!
