How do we handle employee who are still not comfortable to go back to the office but has been working from home?

Shelley - the next thing we’ll need help with is how to maintain camaraderie, bonding, and loyalty when some folks stay home and some come to work. :) Don’t need to answer now, but gonna be a problem Zoom happy hour isn’t enough.

I am sorry, where did the other attendee say they were able to order their cleaning supplies from?

Mary - I think your question is spot on. I would love to hear some ideas on what companies are doing to accomplish this now that we know teleworking isn't just a temporary measure. One thing we did in our company meetings (22 EEs) is instead of an open question like "how is everyone doing?" we ask specific questions to generate conversation, i.e. "how have your found opportunities for self care" and have an order Our people are mostly quiet & disconnected on group zooms when more than 6-8 participants.

*have an order for response.

Elyse - we tend to be good within our team but across teams is a really problem. When you don’t have a “normal” need to contact you lose some important connectivity between people and groups.

Do we have to pay for employee's internet when they are working from home?
