really useful, many thanks
that has clarified so much for me! Thank you!
And please remember colleagues , this is the digitally enabled colleges !The premiership ! so we need to be careful when assuming this is the whole sector !It does strengthen the case for more training and investment :)
The Ao C are working with Jisc, ETF, Ofsted , Apple and Academia , on a bid to DfE to support our hard working colleagues who lack confidence with the new blended / online pedagogy.
Agreed. Good luck
If only the Becta and the National Learning Network or Jisc Regional Support Centres were still around :-) !
we hope this will help you all, and your amazing hard working colleagues:)
awe....so right ABM !
THANK YOU SUSAN :) Does this sound helpful ?
Very helpful. Some of my colleagues are very worried about blended learning.
we think around 5000 are nationally !
That is just the one you know about!
exactly.....stressed and anxious colleagues don't always ask for help or declare their needs !
Coupled with having to hold the students hands as they are also learning how to use new systems many are feeling overwhelmed.
Totally agree Steve
@Susan - yes, it's a significant extra ask to expect teachers struggling with their own tech to support students with theirs.
I heard it was 2%
