@Brad, thanks!

How long will you pay for healthcare for your team members?

33:27
How do you reconcile the need to be bold and innovative with the advice we're hearing to be careful to only pivot within our existing strengths?

34:16
We're still operating and extremely busy meeting specific needs right now. We've changed how we operate so that we can do that. We have a small staff - 1 full-time and 4 part-time people (most of whom are working from home as much as possible). As executive director, how do I balance the long-range and mid-term needs, planning, etc., with the constant challenges that come up that need my immediate attention to keep meeting the needs that no one else in our community can address except us?

34:17
Would you plan for any large 500+ event in 2020? I see that CNM cancelled Salute. I have a tentative annual event planned for late Sept…should I plan now for a virtual event? Postpone to 2021?

40:09
This session is VERY helpful. Thank you for sharing your brilliance, Michael.

42:47
What are people doing to plan for the return or re-expanded use of volunteers? I know many retreated from using volunteers due to liability concerns and/or inability to feel confident about volunteer safety.

50:13
Two businesses in other communities I am familiar with have historically done their work through large engagements of 50-500 people. Both are now assuming that when they can put people together again they will have to keep gatherings to 10 or less. So they are rethinking their strategies to fit that constraint.

52:45
I'm here; this is Drew from HON

53:05
If you need a skilled volunteer for a CARES Act related SBA loan, please email brad@cnm.org

53:51
I don't, feel free to email and we'll talk drew@hon.org for volunteer questions

54:25
how else can we engage our board to help at this time?

56:30
Where would you suggest I find 17 individuals willing and able to help coach the final stages of business plans for the Building Entrepreneurs for Success in TN at the TN Prison for Women - would probably need to be done via mail.

57:29
Brene's podcast is AMAZING (just like all of her other work). https://brenebrown.com/unlockingus/

58:38
Karen, I would reach out to Hands On Nashville to see if they have skilled volunteers with this skillset.
