Really interesting Ellen; you say that Covid changes have led you to communicate with more 'openness' with staff. Have you been aware that you are talking about different 'human' issues more than you did before, and even using different sort of language?
Has it been possible to engage in learner voice either through formal structures or informally? If so, what are learners saying?
