Can you confirm that an asymptomatic CONTACT of an asymptomatic person on quarantine is not restricted, even if the person on quarantine, though not symptomatic, is a confirmed COVID case? We have a roommate situation and both parties are asymptomatic, but the roommate (not our health care worker) is asymptomatic.
