I was starting to feel guilty working from home - like I felt I should be online ready all day. It helped me to realise that I'm not working from home, I'm at home and I happen to be working.

Something that helps me, if I have a lot of little worries I sit down close my eyes and imagine a revolving door spinning. As it spins any thoughts that come into my head a can't control, I just let it fly out of the door. If I can't control it just let it go

I've been getting up early to go for bike rides with a couple of friends. Sometimes we ride to a park and then walk round before cycling home. I get up at 6am to do this and it really helps get my head in the right place for work - almost like a commute. This week has been bad due the rain!
