any timeline at all on when NHSEIS signatures might be available?

08:43
What is we don’t write our IEPs in NHSEIS

09:23
Sorry for the typo. What if we don’t write our IEPs in NHSEIS?

09:38
Thank you for considering and moving forward with signatures through NHSEIS!

10:48
Maybe, not SPED related but we have put a tiered system in place to contact parents. Tier 1- teachers, Tier 2- admin & counselors & 3. Nursing doing physical checks ( not going into homes). Then SROs for those we can’t reach.

11:05
I like the two times per week. And just have shorter ones if there is less information.

11:13
I would suggest once per week with new information. Perhaps second time just for questions.

11:14
I would like to have it as a group 2 times a week so we are on the same page.

11:24
Is anyone doing small cohorts?? Not sure why this is the ‘go to’ solution if no one is doing it?

11:25
I came in the middle of the last explanation. re you saying we should plan for both and provide it depending on parental choice?

11:29
I also like to have it as a group twice a week.

11:37
Once a week works for me.

11:39
whole group twice

11:47
Continue in full group so everyone hears the same message at the same time

11:50
I would recommend once a week, Thursdays

12:05
Once a week please

12:05
whole group twice

12:16
I think once a week , whole group would be fine. Thank you for all your updates.

12:16
Whole group 2x a week is great!

12:22
1x a week unless you need to talk to us sooner.

12:29
Lakes region is meeting

12:34
I would like to know who is currently doing in person small cohorts, and also, what providers are “available” that the Commissioner has mentioned repeatedly?

12:41
whole group and once per week

13:04
I think it is discriminatory to only allow kids with disabilities to engage if there are risks

13:14
once a week

13:15
Thank you for the updates. I think once a week would work. Either Tuesday or Thursday is fine with me.

13:15
Twice please

13:18
a quick survey to the state to find out how many folks are meeting in person with students would be helpful

13:25
South Central is meeting

13:30
maybe once a week and regional meetings

13:47
No small groups, even maintaining 6 feet apart is difficult for many of our students, some are more medically fragile...everything is remote

14:04
The problem with students coming in for services is they are the most vulnerable student and if, God forbid one of them got ill we will be I a world of hurt given we won't let the typical kiddos in the building

14:18
Thanks- could we get a list sent to all directors once you have it, of the private providers who are available and willing to do in person services?

14:29
It is a huge liability.

15:28
We would all like that list if you could

15:47
would love a survey to see who is doing small groups

16:22
Thank you!

16:25
We have discussed if some districts are doing face-to-face with students. I thought this is a very difficult situation that should have guidance from the state. Personally, I don't see how it can be allowed. But just my opinion.

16:27
Thanks. Thursday it is.

16:33
we still have districts writing new IEP's based on remote learning not student needs. how should we respond to this

16:56
thank you very much.

17:00
What about TS Gold?

17:37
Any updates on the CARES Act and monies coming to NH, targeted to special education?

17:39
We all have questions on TS Gold!

17:52
when TS Gold answers come out, can you make sure we all get that please

18:51
thank you Rebecca
