For a small extra fee you can add a call in number to MS Teams meetings

One issue that has come up from me as my organization switches to Teams/SharePoint is that some people are using email others Teams and it can get confusing. Any tips for how you manage getting folks to use 1 platform only

Chris we have suggested using SMS in LS to message the client that we are calling them in 5 min.

We suggested google voice as well. Other issue we encountered is clients phones say “we don’t accept blocked numbers”

We are using google voice numbers for clients and new potential clients. we have assigned staff to go through the messages and then respond. We also use it to text clients to let them know we are calling from a blocked number

To get people using only one platform, you have to give direct feedback when people slip up, model the right behavior, and do both consistently
