You can use Teams app on phone
Simon Rah
45:01
another suggestion: use video conf more instead of just phone mtg. Motivation to not slack off/be distracted.

59:34

Joanne
01:07:49
Is there a way that teams can generate a phone number for people to dial in if they are having difficulty with video?

For client comms, I've had success with a google voice number
Christopher Schwartz
01:17:37
or even blocking my cell number before dialing out, if only outgoing is important

One issue that has come up from me as my organization switches to Teams/SharePoint is that some people are using email others Teams and it can get confusing. Any tips for how you manage getting folks to use 1 platform only
Suzanne Tomatore
01:18:53
Chris we have suggested using SMS in LS to message the client that we are calling them in 5 min.
Suzanne Tomatore
01:19:33
We suggested google voice as well. Other issue we encountered is clients phones say “we don’t accept blocked numbers”
Franco Torres
01:20:13
We are using google voice numbers for clients and new potential clients. we have assigned staff to go through the messages and then respond. We also use it to text clients to let them know we are calling from a blocked number
Stephen Goldmeier
01:21:46
To get people using only one platform, you have to give direct feedback when people slip up, model the right behavior, and do both consistently
Stephen Goldmeier
01:24:38
+1 to this ethics point, Jeff!

01:26:10
