I am having a child care issue and was not going to claim my missed time b/c it won't be a lot of missed work. Does that adversely effect the company in any way?
If we normally have our employees go though FMLA through disability because our company is so small- does this still apply?

Are there any programs in place to cover the employee share of medical premium payments if they are furloughed? Since the EE's are not collecting a paycheck we cannot deduct their share but we still need to pay the carrier the full amount of the premium.

if i lay my emplyeed back on february when this started,is it better if e stays back on unemplyed benefic on apply for fmla
is only one parent allowed to stay home and collect benefits if a child is out of school. how would anyone know if both are collecting benefits?
If I lay off someone, and paid their benefits for April, does that affect them to collect unemployment?
