Prompt Judicial Action - This is a tool available via the administrative process @ HUD. States and Jurisdictions with a substantially equivalent law should have this process available as well. It maintains the status quo for victims of discrimination.

A Temporary Restraining Order - TRO - is a process available via the courts to also maintain the status quo.
