we utilize a lean startup approach. we use the social lean canvas & developed an initial opportunity screen. we’ve been pretty adaptable and now we are shifting care coordination, support groups, caregiver coaching to video chat and by phone. CareNextion.org has seen a large increase in registered users to coordinate care for their loved ones. we are looking at doing our annual tech conference virtually.
