grass growing sounds like opportunity. the Ruminaty (forget the grassfed scientist name) tells us unused land could lead to raising animals

When you picture the future of agriculture in your town 15 years from now, what does it look like? Do you see a place for partnering with agtech startups?
farming is a central skill for society. most everybody respects farmers far more than they know... especially when Food stores are out of stuff!
but it's only expensive because it's not through commodity curve!

beyond fashion have you considered biotech and/or bioenergy! plants can grow many things along with what we think are their crop!
especially fibers are incredibly high tech... do you interface with NCSU textiles school?
